Sahaba Badr Extension Project Feedback for Orphanage Darul Uloom Madrasah, West Bengal

An appeal was launched in Ramadan 2024 to fundraise for an extension to a Darul Uloom Madrasah in West Bengal, India, to *accommodate orphan children studying in the Ahaadith classes.

The new facilities include provision for orphan students to study their final-year Bukhari and Mishkat classes to become Aalims, as well as additional classes to qualify as Qaris and Muftis, along with an Assembly Hall and dining facilities.

Alhamdulillah, through the generous support of donors of Mercy to the World, Phase 1 has been completed, enabling students (mainly orphans) to study their final-year Bukhari and Mishkat classes and continue their journey to becoming Aalims.

InshaAllah, _we are confident that we will soon be able to commence and complete Phase 2 with the kind and generous donations and ongoing support from our community and donors. In honour of the 313 Sahabah of the Battle of Badr, 313 bricks will be cemented in their memory.
