Sahaba Badr Extension Project For Orphanage Darul Uloom Madrasah, West Bengal - Phase 2 Appeal

An appeal was launched in Ramadan 2024 to fundraise for an extension to a Darul Uloom Madrasah in West Bengal, India, to accommodate students (mainly orphans) studying in the Ahaadith classes.

The proposed project will include provision for orphan students to study their final-year Bukhari and Mishkat classes to become Aalims, as well as additional classes to qualify as Qaris and Muftis, along with an Assembly Hall and dining facilities.

An initiative was sought to fundraise 313 bricks in honour of the 313 Sahabah of the Battle of Badr and at the end of the completion, 313 bricks will be cemented in their memory.

Alhamdulillah, through the generous support of donors of Mercy to the World, Phase 1 has been completed, enabling students to study their final-year Bukhari and Mishkat classes and continue their journey to becoming Aalims.

We are appealing to commence and complete Phase 2 of the project. Only 71 Bricks remaining out of 313 Bricks
