Provide a Water Handpump with a surrounding Wall.
 
All Water Hand Pumps are constructed in community areas of West Bengal (India), where locals in general can benefit drinking clean water. However if any Zakat donations are given for the Water Handpumps then they will be allocated to a person eligible for Zakat, giving them ownership and constructed in their own home(s), as per Zakat guidelines  and upon their request.
