Mercy to the World charity is concentrating on providing Ramadan Food packs
in Gaza, Sudan and West Bengal to support the less fortunate families.
Gaza and Sudan Food Packs for £30.00 and Daily Iftar Meals for £1
Ramadan is meant to be a time of reflection, prayer and togetherness,
but for families in Gaza and Sudan, this year brings another Ramadan
of displacement and devastation.
They will be fasting in makeshift shelters, breaking their fast with whatever scraps
they can find and struggling to access even the most basic necessities.
But you can change that!
A month’s supply of food ensuring suhoor and iftar are filled with sustenance, not just struggle.
For many, this Food Pack will mean the difference between fasting in hardship
and fasting with dignity. It ensures that despite the destruction around them,
they can still feel the blessings of Ramadan, nourished, supported
and connected to the Ummah that has not forgotten them.
West Bengal Food Pack for £30.00 and Daily Iftar Meals for £2
Mercy to the World charity will also be providing to over 300 extremely poor families
living in the rural areas of West Bengal, India. These families living in poverty-stricken villages
live well below the poverty line. Often, they don’t know when their next meal is!
We also aim to provide Daily Iftar Meals in West Bengal for £2
Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has said:
“Whoever feeds a person breaking his fast will earn the same reward as him,
without anything being lessened from the reward of the fasting person”.
